Vayre ("we," "us," or "the Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Vayre and its mobile application collect, use, and share your WiFi sensor and platform data.

2. Data Collection and "What We Don't Do"

Our cornerstone: We do not use cameras or visual surveillance of any kind.

Information we do not collect: We do not store audio, images, or video recordings for analysis of your home.
Data we do collect:
- WiFi CSI Metrics: Your monitoring device sends encrypted anonymous metrics about wireless network scattering, which we use to measure fall movements, breathing patterns, and presence in your home.
- Account Information: Email and name, if you create a monitoring account with us.
- Notifications: Device tokens and IDs used for Push notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

Our silent intelligence services process signal information for a direct purpose:

Powering our models to alert you to critical events (falls or vital alerts you have configured).
Presence detection within the encrypted environment of our hardware for home security routines.

4. Data Sharing

We only process anonymous signal analysis. We do not sell profiles of your daily activity. Your derived vital metrics are not sold to insurance companies. They are encrypted and may reside in the ecosystem (e.g., Supabase for sending alerts based on hardware events) strictly at the user's own request.

5. Background Location and Permissions (Mobile App)

The App for your Android/iOS device may request notifications and basic services to synchronize home status. You can opt out of these in your mobile phone settings.

6. Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)

In accordance with international regulations, you can delete all your derived data and account by visiting the Data Deletion page.

7. Policy Updates

We will notify all users of changes through a notice in our mobile application and email when updates to the conditions shown here occur.
