By accessing, downloading, or using any service provided by Vayre (including the mobile application and hardware components), you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please uninstall and do not use the services.
Vayre provides a WiFi telemetry service for referential assistance. IT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE NOR DOES IT COMPLEMENT CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS. The system serves as a secondary notification tool for falls or fluctuations derived from the physical movements of subjects within an indoor environment.
Vayre, its affiliates, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any type of direct, indirect, or incidental damage resulting from the use (or misuse) of the hardware/software platform, including instances where an event was not successfully recorded due to wireless network variations, Internet Service Provider (ISP) failures, among others.
Vayre grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Vayre Mobile App to utilize remote monitoring on devices legitimately purchased under the Vayre brand.
Any technical or formal dispute regarding these Terms, including cases requiring attention and support, should be directed to official channels.
